Misc.-Cullet marble from House of Glass Cullet
The cullet
was from the L.J. Houze Convex Glass Company of Point
Marion, PA. They are the company that made the cool smoking stands with slag
glass inserts. The cullet was sent to Buddy Bowles, who polished
it into this wonderful marble. Marble also lights up under blacklight
as did many glass pieces from this company.

Contemporary Handmade-Del MorganI thought it would be fun to make a
marble for the charity auction. This is the fourth marble I ever made
and like the rest...it messed up too. It shows red, white and blue
bands with both gold and blue aventurine. The punty end broke off in
the kiln and there is a small fracture. Unsigned as I am no artist.
