Marbleholics online live auctions will run every Wednesday and
Sunday night at 6pm
Pacific Time. Each auction will consist of 50 marble
lots. Absentee bids will be accepted, but you must agree to allow
us to use your name or nickname in the room, when placing this bid.
There will be no reserves on any of the auctions. UNLIKE
MANY OTHER LIVE AUCTIONS, ONLINE OR NOT, THERE IS NO BUYERS
PREMIUM. We are not here to rip anybody off with hidden costs. We are
here to have fun, share some marbles and make new friends. We intend to
keep it honest and fun for everyone.

The way the auctions will work is this: All high end marbles, contemporary
marbles and marble related items will have an opening bid of 50% of their
market value. All mid range and lower end marbles will start at 33% of their
market value. We feel it is only fair to the sellers on these items to offer some
minimal protection. All consignors are aware of this policy and bidders
should be aware that though the items are not starting at $1.00 each, the
bidder can still get a great deal on the marbles. What you see on the screen in the
auction room will be the real deal. No hidden costs or agendas. This way you
can bid safe and bid often.

ALL BIDS MUST BE IN DOLLAR INCREMENTS. NO FIFTY CENT BIDS
WILL BE ACCEPTED. Increments will be as follows:

To participate, simply send us your shipping address, full
name and the nickname of your choice for the auction room via
email. This is simply a security measure to ensure you are in
fact the person requesting to participate. Then sign in to the
Auction Room with your nickname and you are ready to go.

All bids are considered legal contracts and must be honored. After the
auction has ended, you will receive an invoice with all items purchased and
your shipping total. We will ship ALL items via USPS First Class mail. No
exceptions. We ship the on Mondays and Wednesdays..

Payments must be received within 15 days of auction end or item will be
auctioned off and agreement will be cancelled. There is a 20% restocking fee
for any items not picked up in the appropriate amount of time.

We will accept the following forms of payment at this time:

Personal checks, money orders, cashier's checks and Visa/MC via Paypal.
Once you have received an invoice, please respond immediately with payment
method requested. We will ship every Monday for the previous auction.
Please note that at this time, if paying via Paypal payment must be sent
to idmibster@aol.com for funds to be received by us and proper credit given
to your account.
