We at Marbleholics.com feel it is so incredibly important to acknowledge the fine artists who continue to bring us their amazing pieces of art in the form of orbs. Julie and I have had the pleasure of meeting many glass artists at different shows and must say, they are some of the greatest people we have ever met. These glass artists are true artists who know what it is to sweat for their work. As you look at contemporary art glass marbles, remember the history that is being followed. Remember the German glass workers in the 1800's that made these marbles day in and day out for little to no pay. Remember all the tools of the trade and the true craftsmanship involved in making one of these incredible orbs. We will feature a new artist every month.
